An incorrect product has been delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. This is not valid for products where it is mentioned that design/styles may vary on the website.
If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging and immediately share the same with our team. (Note: In such a case, please share the videos/pictures of the damaged product with us the same day of receiving the product.)
For complaints on manufacturing defective products, an email from the customer may have to be sent to the respective manufacturer/brand authorities notifying them of the defect in the product with images and videos to validate the claim. Funcorp will assist the customer during the entire process.
Please email us at email@example.com with the details of the product and your Order number. Our team will share the brand email address at which the request needs to be raised. Without this step, a return request for a defective product will not be accepted by Funcorp.
REQUISITES FOR RETURN
- Product outer box should be in the original mint condition with price tags.
- Products should not be used, worn out or torn/damaged.
- The originally shipped labels and invoice should be made available.
Please contact our customer care department within 48 hours of delivery, in case you wish to return any products and your purchase meets the above criteria. our return window shuts 48 hours after the product is delivered to you.

Post verification, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-7 business days.
Please Note: The reverse shipping option is only available for certain pin codes in India. For all the locations, where reverse shipping is not available, you are requested to ship the product on your own within 7 days of receiving it. Please ship the product to a Kolkata based address that is provided by our team.
Certain products are not returnable and hence are not subjected to our return policy. The same will be specified on the individual product and brand pages.
Packaging Damaged products are non returnable as all these products go through a strict QC process by our Quality team. Additionally, images of each and every product are shared with the customer after they place an order. Packaging damaged products are shipped only after a customer is satisfied with the condition of the product and its box.
Funcorp prides itself on shipping out orders as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, then please send an email to us at email@example.com with your product and order details. The email must be sent within 4 hours of placing the order and also during our working hours.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
The following information summarises the shipping policy:
- Funcorp provides shipping to most pin codes in India.
- Orders placed before 11.30 am are dispatched/shipped on the same day, and the rest within the next working day except for Sundays and holidays.
- All prepaid orders shipped on priority basis.
- All Cash on delivery (COD) orders are verified by a customer service representative by the medium of calling on the registered number associated with the order. Funcorp will make 3 such attempts to verify the order, in addition to a whatsapp attempt as well. If the order still remains unverified after 3 days from the order, the order will be cancelled.
- Maximum products are eligible for Cash on delivery (COD).

Please note that for every COD order an additional INR 100 will charged on the account of handling charges.
The shipping and handling charges can be modified by FunCorp at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Approximate delivery time according to city of delivery is mentioned below:
- Tier 1 cities - 3-4 days
- Tier 2 cities - 4-6 days
- Tier 3 cities - 4-8 days
- Kolkata - Same or next day
- J&K & North East - 6 - 8 days
Items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.
The delivery date provided in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. During the monsoons, please expect a delay in delivery.
FunCorp tries to provide the best customer experience possible by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above. However, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which FunCorp is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as FunCorp continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, FunCorp reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).

For any special occasions such as birthdays, festive events, etc - Please inform us over email or WhatsApp so that we can arrange delivery accordingly.
HIDDEN CHARGES (SALES TAX, OCTROI, ETC)
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India. Customers will be able to make their purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and many other countries, however, it must be ensured the delivery address is in India.
We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your correct mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
We charge a nominal fee of INR 100 for all orders that will require Reverse Shipping.
CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS
Any change in delivery details after the order is shipped is not possible.
RESHIPPING OF UNACCEPTED ORDERS
In case you do not accept any prepaid order that has been shipped, and request for a second shipping, Funcorp will charge a delivery charge of the original amount as well as a nominal processing fee of INR 150 per order.
The amount that will be refunded to you will be calculated basis the following scenarios:
At the time of delivery if an item is lost in-transit by the courier, we will provide a full refund to the customer.
WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT DELIVERED
In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, and qualify for a return as our return policy, we will provide a full refund to you. The refund will be initiated only after the products are received at our warehouse, and successfully pass the quality check.
For all orders that are cancelled, we will provide a full refund to you.
For all prepaid orders that are not accepted by you and are returned to our warehouse, a small processing fee of INR 100 will be charged to you, and the balance will be refunded to you. Please note that the shipping charges that were charged to you while placing the order will not be refunded in this case.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
MODE OF REFUND
- In case of online payment, the refund will be provided to you in the form of store credits or store voucher.
- In case of COD orders, the refund will be provided to the customer in the form of store credits or store voucher.
- In case of cancellations, the refund will be provided to you in the form of store credits or store voucher.
- We do not offer refunds to your bank account or credit card.
