FunCorp provides an option of returning any products purchased within 24 hours of its receipt in the following conditions:
A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.
At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. FunCorp doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 6291236626 (Monday to Friday: 10am to 7pm) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.
In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. However, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from FunCorp.

For complaints on defective products, an email from the customer has to be sent to the respective brand authorities notifying them of the defect in the product with images and videos to validate the claim. This first email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our sales representative with share the brand email address at which the request needs to be raised. Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by Funcorp.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, FunCorp shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order hasn't been shipped, please go to your account page, then go to your orders section. Once in the orders page, click on the Request Cancellation button to request cancelation of the order.

FunCorp ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped on the same day, and the rest within 24 hrs of the time of order, whichever is closer(except for Sundays and holidays). We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays or Regional Holidays that fall around the warehouse the product is being shipped from.
All COD orders are verified by a customer service representative by the medium of calling on the registered number associated with the order. Funcorp will make 3 such attempts to verify the order, in addition to a whatsapp attempt as well. If the order still remains unverified after 3 days from the order, the order will be cancelled.
A fixed shipping charge of INR 49 is applicable on all orders below INR 500, (Excluding Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
For orders equal to or above INR 499 (Excluding Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable. At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the INR 50 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below INR 999 (with exclusions as above).
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by FunCorp at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
FunCorp brings out different kinds of offers in an attempt to satisfy its customers, every now and then. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.
The delivery date provided in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order.
FunCorp tries to provide the best customer experience possible by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above. However, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which FunCorp is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as FunCorp continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, FunCorp reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India. Customers will be able to make their purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and many other countries, however, it must be ensured the delivery address is in India.
We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
